Best Health Podcasts in 2023

Podcasts are one of my favorite ways to take in information. I love it because I can choose from so many experiences. I can spend 30 minutes listening to a podcast about anti-aging and then switch to a podcast talking about national parks! The majority of the podcasts on my rotation have to do with health and wellness (surprise, surprise!). I’m even starting my own health podcast called Chew The Fat with a friend covering topics related to chronic illness, climate change and how earth health deeply impacts and influences human health!
