  2. What are add-ons and why would I want to book them?

Add-ons are enhancements for your massage session. We offer warm stone, warm bamboo, gua sha, reflexology, aromatherapy, hand and foot scrubs and Reiki as add-ons. These cost a bit more but help your therapist to relax your sore muscles and bring you in to deeper relaxation more quickly. Often these tools assist the therapist in getting more work done during the session giving you greater benefits and longer lasting results.

  3. How often should I get a massage?

We recommend monthly massage treatments as this is clinically shown to have the most benefits. When we are consistent with any self care routine we will have better results both physically and mentally. Massage is incredibly effective when received every 3-4 weeks especially for stress, anxiety, depression, sore muscles, pain from poor posture or sitting too much and sports injury or pain. We have created a monthly membership to make this more financially available for clients by dropping the price and offering free add-ons for members. You can find out more about our membership here.

  4. Do I have to get undressed for a massage?

No you never have to get undressed. We always tell clients to undress to their comfort levels. Certain modalities are easier to do when the client is undressed but a good therapist will give an excellent massage whether you are clothed or not.

  5. Can I still get a massage if i am pregnant?

Yes you can get a prenatal massage! Drea is trained in prenatal which is a extra course massage therapists have to take when they get out of school. It is a very relaxing experience and we have a special massage table specifically for prenatal massage clients so you can experience the utmost comfort possible during your session.

  6. Should I get a 30 minute, 60 minute, 75 minute or 90 minute massage?

This depends on your goals and the modality you are receiving. Swedish, Thai Yoga Massage, Myofacial and Sports therapy are best when done for 90 minutes but other styles such as buccal or TMJ are better for 60 minutes. Lymphatic drainage and Prenatal should be a minimum of 60 minutes so that there is enough time for the therapist to give a full body session. If you are just short on time a 30 minutes is always great and can be a good way to at least jump start the relaxation process. 75 minutes is a great in between that can be booked with any treatment but is especially nice if you are going to add on any enhancement such as warm stone or reflexology.

  7. How much does it cost?

Our 60 minute massages are $110, 75 minute is $135 and 90 minutes is $160. Add-ons are $20 extra unless you are a member then they are free! Our 1-on1 yoga classes are $100/75 minutes session and group classes are $25 per person (min 4 to a group). Reiki sessions are $100/60 minutes, $125/75 minutes $150/90 minutes.
